Order and delivery terms
Products and prices
Oy Equine Innovations Ltd (business ID 2588058-5) sells products to private persons over 18 years of age in Finland and the EU. The product prices are specified in connection with the product descriptions. Our prices include value-added tax. The tax breakdown can be seen in the shopping cart and the order confirmation. We reserve the right to price changes in products and delivery costs.
Ordering and data protection
Products are ordered on our e-commerce website by moving them to the shopping cart and selecting the payment method at the checkout. The available payment methods are Finnish online banks and/or credit cards.
All customer data will be processed as confidential. The contact information requested when ordering will not be used for anything else than the delivery of the order or for handling any confusion regarding the order. When placing an order in our online store, we presume that you have read and committed to our valid terms and conditions for ordering.
Private persons can pay for their orders using one of the payment methods available at checkout. The available payment methods are Finnish online banks and/or credit cards.
The delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and the weight of the product. Generally, the products are sent as PostNord deliveries or pallets. If the product price already includes the delivery fee in continental Finland, this fact is clearly mentioned in the product description. If you are unsure about delivery costs, please contact us.
Order and payment confirmation
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. In order to receive the confirmation e-mails, you must provide a valid e-mail address when ordering.
We will send out the products you ordered using the delivery method you selected as soon as possible, usually within a few days from receiving your order. If any of the products included in your order is out of stock, we will contact you.
You have the right to return any of our products within 14 days of reception. The returned products must be unused and unaltered. Returns must be agreed upon with the seller beforehand. The seller is not responsible for costs arising from the return. Failing to pick up a delivery does NOT constitute a cancellation of the order. For unpicked and therefore returned deliveries we will charge a return fee of €15 at the minimum, depending on the transport costs of the package or pallet.
Repairing product defects
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you may submit a fault notification by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The return of a damaged or faulty product is agreed upon separately. In a default situation, PostNord will pick up the product from you and deliver it to our warehouse free of charge and will deliver an equivalent product to you to replace the damaged or faulty product.
